Green Assets provides a turnkey service to develop forest carbon offset projects and market the resulting carbon credits in the United States. We work with landowners to identify carbon opportunities on their property and provide guidance on how current management plans can be adjusted to maximize the production of carbon credits.
Onsite Feasibility Study
Green Assets works with landowners to determine if their property qualifies to receive carbon credits by reviewing current land management practices and analyzing current maps and available forest data, according to the most current protocols.
Green Assets conducts a detailed feasibility study to determine if the property is a viable carbon offset project. Based on the feasibility study results, we advise the landowner of the number of expected carbon credits and of the current market value for those credits. After the feasibility study has been completed, an informed decision can be made about moving forward with full carbon project design.
